We’re still building out the full sourcing story: which growers, which regions, which route each ingredient actually takes to your shelf. What’s already true is that we look wherever the good stuff is, not just what’s easiest to order — recent sourcing has taken us as far as Thailand and Australia. As that story gets more detailed, we’ll share it here instead of dressing it up early.
